Human Together is…
…an invitation — because there’s always room at the table.
As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I approach wellness through curiosity rather than certainty, recognizing that each person’s body and story are unique. My work is rooted in supporting the foundations of health — nourishment, digestion, sleep, stress, and blood sugar — while creating space for people to feel seen, understood, and supported.
Human Together is about inviting proximity, extending grace and truth, and drawing circles that say everyone is in. Because lasting health doesn’t come from rigid plans or quick fixes — it comes from sustainable, meaningful changes that honor our shared humanity and move us toward becoming healthier, more resilient, and more fully alive.
While my professional background is largely in the criminal legal system and currently in nutritional therapy, my deepest experience is in simply and profoundly being human — walking alongside others as they learn to care for themselves in a way that acknowledges their worth.
…is to remind, challenge, and celebrate us all—to see our inherent value and shared humanity. This begins with how we nourish ourselves and one another. It’s a return to the understanding that every body is worthy of care, that health is not earned, and that nourishment is both a biological need and a human right.
The Human Together Mission…
…is to live in a world where every interaction begins with our shared humanity as the cornerstone. This means recognizing that every body carries a story—and how we nourish, support, and engage has the power to influence not just physical health, but dignity, safety, and connection.
This vision calls us to alignment—where our values are not abstract, but embodied. It asks us to consider: How do our daily choices reflect what we believe about worth, care, and connection? How do we create space at the table—for ourselves and others—that offer belonging, sustainability and authenticity?
When we begin with our shared humanity—at the table, in our bodies, and in our relationships—we create the conditions for lasting health, deeper connection, and a more grounded, intentional way of being in the world.
